EDH Grapplers! 

Summer is right around the corner! Bringing water is mandatory for all training sessions from May 1st. Please make sure you are staying hydrated by drinking clear liquids throughout the day!

1) New Schedule:
Our SUMMER schedule will be coming out in about a week. The basic structure of classes will not change, but some new additions will be made to better fit our students schedule and training demands! 

2) Social Hour
There will be no competition class this WEDNESDAY May, 1 2013. Everyone is invited to come out to RELISH burger in El Dorado Hills from some fun and food off the mat. This will take place between 8:30-9:30pm. There will be kids jiu jitsu from 6:00-7:00 and adults jiujitsu fundaments from 7:00-8:00. 

3) BJJ Tournament in Rocklin
This is short notice but for those looking for a local Kids Jiu-Jitsu Tournament this weekend, there will be one in Rocklin, CA. For more information on the tournament visit:

Congratulations to the team and all competitors for an excellent job at the American Cup JiuJitsu Tournament this weekend in San Jose, CA. This was the biggest group of competitors yet! Parents and family members thank you for making the competition a POSITIVE, LEARNING event for everyone. For those who were not able to make it down to San Jose, there will be plenty more opportunities! Great job helping your teammates get ready and take on an exciting challenge in their life!

2) Tournament Recap
Read and subscribe to our blog to get the most up to date information and pictures from our recent tournament. We were able to raise $200 towards the Alabama Build Project. For more information on this great Martial Arts Project visit:

Our next tournament will be in June! Stay tuned for details! Proceeds from this next tournament will go towards a local organization help the victims and  bring about the awareness of human sex trafficking 

3) BUDDY WEEK
This week is BUDDY WEEK! All friends train for FREE all week long! Bring your buddies and have fun on the mat together!
