OPEN MAT:
This THURSDAY and FRIDAY we will be hosting an open mat from 9:30AM-12:30PM
Open mat is a fun time to jump on the mat and have fun!
- 9:30-10:30 will be kids friendly rolling with adult members respecting the kids fun.
- 10:30~ ALL ages are welcome but the kids must respect the adults rolling by staying out of their way. ALL ARE WELCOME!
TOURNAMENT & FOOD DRIVE:
Our last In-House Tournament of 2015! ALL ARE ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER
Register before December 1st: $35 (+$15 after the 1st)
- BJJ RULES CLASS: December 5th 7:15pm~
(jiujitsu rules are based on the principles of effective self defense. Learn the rules, learn self defense)
- TOURNAMENT DATE CHANGE: Thursday, December 10th
Kids: 5pm-7pm Adults: 7pm-9pm
Tournament will include prizes, medals, 3 match minimum, individual coaching and feedback. It is highly recommended for all students to participate in the tournament!
- SPECTATOR ENTRANCE: 1 canned food item
