Dear Members of EDHBJJ, 

Starting tomorrow, Saturday classes will be put on hold. Until further notice there will be no classes on Saturday. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding! 

The Abu Dhabi Combat Championships (ADCC) are this weekend! Eliot will be ordering the online PPV and showing it in his home from 11:00am ~1:00pm. His place is "cozy," but the ADCC event will be top notch! Please RSVP by text to 916-595-4064 if you are going to attend! We will have some snacks & food, please bring your own drinks!

Teach a Friend Day: 
Tuesday, September 19.
We don't want anyone practicing Jiujitsu in an uncontrolled environment. So, bring your friend you've been wanting to show Jiujitsu to class & teach them your favorite Jiujitsu move!!

Wednesday, September 20.
West Coast Martial Arts and EDHBJJ will be hosting an OPEN HOUSE to help bring awareness on many issues. The event will include: Stranger Danger, Bully Seminar, Women's Self-Defense, Combat Fitness, West Coast Demo Team, & more! (The will be no regular classes on this night)

VIP Day:
Very Involved Parents Day where the parents come and train with their kids on the mat! 
Teach Your Friend Day: 
You are the instructor and you will be giving your friend a private technique lesson in Jiu-Jitsu class! Start looking for an OLD or NEW friend to share your tricks with! 
Video Day:
Come prepared with your favorite technique or sequence to be filmed! It will be edited & rated online!
