Dear Team,

Tonight we will have our one of two belt promotions for 2015. The ceremony is a special time to reflect and celebrate everyone's hard work, discipline, and dedication. Each belt promotion is one step towards the very difficult but rewarding goal of becoming a black belt.

Here are some facts about jiu-jitsu and the belt system:

- On average it takes 10 to 20 years to earn a black belt.
- No one under the age of 19 is able to become a black belt.
- Adult belt system (blue, purple, brown, black) starts at the age of 16.

Everyone, including family and friends are very welcome to attend!

Here are the times:
5:45-6:45 Kids (under 16)
7:00-8:00 Adults
