VIP Day:
Very Involved Parents Day where the parents come and train with their kids on the mat!
Teach Your Friend Day:
You are the instructor and you will be giving your friend a private technique lesson in Jiu-Jitsu class! Start looking for an OLD or NEW friend to share your tricks with!
Video Day:
Come prepared with your favorite technique or sequence to be filmed! It will be edited & rated online!
