I hope our schedules are getting settled with School back in session! In the next couple of weeks we will be talking about BULLYING and how we can help prevent it. If you, your child, or anyone you know is having a difficult time with bullying please don't hesitate to contact me at any time. Lastly, our revised schedule (starting next week) will be posted online tomorrow.

NoGi Tournament:
This Sunday we will have our 2nd Annual NoGi Tournament! Registration is $30 before August 23 and $40 after. This is going to be another fun and family friendly event, so bring your friends and family members to show off you skills and have them see what you have been training to do all summer long!!
