US NATIONALS CHAMPION
Eliot went down to Carson, CA this weekend to compete in the No-Gi US Nationals. He finished with the Gold in the Heavy weight division (-202) and lost in the qtr finals of the absolute division. To all competitors: It's time to gear up the training in preparation for the US OPEN on October 6/7! Or Master/Senior Worlds on the same weekend!
10 Acts of Kindness Challenge
This month we challenge everyone to PERFORM 10 acts of KINDNESS. This might be daily, weekly, or monthly, you pick how much you want to challenge yourself! No matter how BIG or how SMALL, let's make a difference in our community!
Master Mansor Seminar 9/30/2012
For the second time, we have Master Francisco Mansor coming to El Dorado Hills! He is a 9th degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Red Belt, who was one of Helio Gracie's original students! This is your chance to meet, learn, and train with a very special man. The flyer for the seminar is attached!
We will be sending out E-vites to all EDH BJJ MEMBERS for a VERY SPECIAL BBQ with the master after the seminar. Please RSVP!!
