Here are the updates from the recent tournament action and some events to look forward to in MARCH!

- Congratulations to all the competitors and team for the excellent performance at the IBJJF San Francisco International Open. Here are the results from EDH BJJ:

*Team YEMASO finished in 2nd place as a team! A first for any Sacramento area jiujitsu team! HISTORY IN THE MAKING!!!

Tournaments are a great opportunity tot challenge yourself and test the skills you have been training to acquire in practice. These results are a reflection of the TEAM training to challenge and make each other become stronger and better. What a great opportunity to learn and become a complete martial artist! Thank you to everyone who supported these competitors in anticipation of the event and at the event as well!

If anyone is interested in making a difference in their community, this will be a great opportunity to work along Eliot in his Self-Defense oriented seminar at ORHS. Please RSVP if you are interested in attending. Eliot will need to check you in at the office before stepping onto campus.
SEMINAR MARCH 6th: WEDNESDAY
Chad Robichaux from Gracie Barra Westcliffe will be teaching a special seminar in EDH. This is a great opportunity to learn some tricks from a different instructor and introduce a friend to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The event is FREE, but we will be taking DONATIONS will all proceeds going to WOUNDED VETERANS. The recommended donation amount is $35. There will be no regular classes on this day.
Kids seminar from 6:00-7:00PM
Adults seminar from 7:00- 8:30PM

IN HOUSE TOURNAMENT: MARCH 25/26

Mark your calendars for our first in house tournament of the year! This will be a great event to practice and apply the techniques we have been training hard to learn in a real life tournament setting. There will be medals and special prizes for all competitors in both KIDS & ADULTS. All with three months or more of experience are welcome! FAMILY & FRIENDS ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME WATCH!
