We hope you had a good transition into spring! It's time to get on the mat and get your "summer bod" tuned up! This leads us to a more important point: WHY DO I TRAIN? Think back to the reason why you started training. Reflect on why you continue to train. Realize what holds you back from training. Knowing these should help you set current goals both on and off the mat!
