Congratulations to Eliot on his win at the US Nationals Pro Trials. He won his division and earned an all expense trip to the Abu Dhabi Pro Championships in the UAE! A great accomplish for our team!

Schedule Update
Please check our calendar for an updated schedule. A few adjustments have been made to a few classes. Here is a quick overview of the adjustment.
- Monday/Wednesday class at 6AM. No Tuesday/Thursday class
- Alternating Gi and NoGi Friday
- Competition Drilling every Thursday night after Basics Class
- Juvenile class now includes a nogi takedown wrestling on Friday 6:00-7:00pm
