Pre-Teens Class on Friday:
Kids enrolled in the pre-teens class includes Friday from 6:00-7:00pm. Students will learn takedowns that apply both in the gi and nogi. Training attire is NoGi.
UGF Competitors:
Make sure to review your competition strategies with a coach before the tournament. Please remember, if you are signing up for a tournament you must be participating in competition classes. All team members are encouraged to go watch and support your teammates compete on January 31 in Sacramento!
February 4:
Seminar with Michel! Michel will be helping us on the mat for about three more weeks! Please register early and learn more of his tricks! Please view attachment!

Belt Promotions take place twice a year in El Dorado Hills. They are a special event to recognize the team and individual efforts to celebrate their hard work and persistence! Family and friends are very welcome to attend!

Come watch the IBJJF SF OPEN! If you've been talking to that person about trying jiujitsu and they haven't.... Bring them to the tournament! It's guaranteed excitement! If you need some extra motivation.... This is one of the premier northern California Jiu Jitsu tournaments!

EDHBJJ IN HOUSE TOURNAMENT
