4/18~4/22 is VIP (Very Involved Parents) Week. We invite all the parents to join their sons and daughters for class this week. It just an opportunity to feel what your children are learning and see how much they have improved from the last VIP Week! We also invite the parents to join our adult classes during this week!

3. Viral Video Contest
This is a Viral Video Contest on Youtube. The first Video to reach 1,000 Views will win a Flip Video Camera. You may start posting Videos on Youtube as early as May 1st. The contest will run until someone's video reaches 1,000 Views! Here are the rules.
The Video MUST Contain:
- Information about Jiu-Jitsu in El Dorado Hills / Folsom
- You and someone else from outside of Jiu-Jitsu Class
All Videos must be approved prior to posting.

We will be hosting a booth at the Fit & Fun 1st Annual Lifestyle Expo on Sunday, May 15 at the El Dorado County Fair Grounds. Let us know if you would like to join Eliot to give a short demo or talk and pass out information at the booth!
