Congrats to Aidan on a Silver medal at the JiuJitsu by the Sea tournament. He did a great job training and preparing for his matches! Please congratulate him the next time you see him.

1. FREE Nutrition Class 

Today kicks off the three part Nutrition Class from 6:35~7:00. Bring your friends, family, and questions! 

Included in our discussion will be Vitamin D and hydration during the summer months.

2. Tournament & BBQ 

This Saturday we will be having our mid-year tournament and BBQ. Here are the details:

- In-house Tournament: EDH, CA. June 25

- Weigh-in: 6/24  from 6:00pm ~7:40pm (with the gi)

- 3 Weight Classes: below 175, below 205, Unlimited

- Tournament Time: Starts 10:00am June 25

- Entry Fee: $10 (Paid at Weigh-ins)

- BBQ to follow at Trevor's house:

- Please sign up to bring a side dish, salad, or dessert
