We will have our 2nd Nutrition Seminar with Dr. Foxworthy tomorrow from 6:35 ~ 7:00. Please bring your friends and family to learn about nutrition.

Wednesday class:
- Changed to No-Gi until the end of August
Saturday class:
- Kids from 10:00~10:40
- Adults from 10:30 ~ 12:00
