Happy 4th of July everyone! I hope you are all having a safe celebration full of fun! Today will be my 6th day of wrestling camp in Montana. We started the day off at 6 am with an 8 mile run followed by breakfast, a technique session, and we will be starting our RED FLAG PRACTICE here shortly. (Some of you may know a little about that!!) Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well and taking the time to heal their bodies for some intense training when they get back!!
