Here is a picture we shared with the wrestlers during one of our talks. Take a good look. Notice their body language. Notice how far the frog is down the birds throat. Notice how far they are from the lake. Much can be inferred from this picture. How can this picture be applied to your training and your life? I will share with you my thoughts next week!

Friday, July 15th is Kids Night Out Nerf Wars! Please sign up at the front desk if you are coming!

3. Saturday Class
Saturday, July 9th will kick off our first round of Saturday classes. Kids class will start at 10:00a.m. and Adults will start at 10:30. (Note: Some Saturday classes may be canceled due to parties and events. Please check the website for an up-to-date schedule. )
