2. Volunteers Needed
On May 15, we will be hosting a Jiu-Jitsu booth at the El Dorado County Fair Grounds. This will be a great opportunity to talk to people about Jiu-Jitsu and get them to come try a class or two with us! Please send me an email saying you would be interested in helping. The event is from 11 ~ 7. If Jiu-Jitsu has made an impact on your life, then help someone else see how it can make an impact on their health and fitness!

3. May: Challenge
On May 22, the Start 6 organization is hosting a 5k Run/Walk and 10k Run. Challenge yourself to enter one of the events and complete one of these events! The challenge is extended to family and friends of EDHBJJ as well! (Jenni and Eliot have registered the 10!!)

4. IBJJF World Championships
June 2,3,4,5 are when the World Championships are held down in Long Beach, CA. If you are interested in competition, or going down to watch the most exciting tournament of the year, talk to Eliot about training and going down to compete.
